Refund & Exchange Policy

01. Return & Exchange Eligibility

To request a return or exchange, kindly ensure:

• The product is unused, in its original condition, and properly packed.
• The invoice is available at the time of pickup.
• Products once opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety standards.

02. When Can You Request a Return/Exchange?

We accept requests only in rare situations like:

• You received a damaged product.
• You got the wrong item.
• The product was not sealed properly.
• The product was expired at the time of delivery.

03. Pickup & Replacement

• • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address.
• • You’ll be informed about the pickup date in advance.
• • For exchanges, the new product will reach you within 5-7 working days after pickup.

04. Delivery Concerns

If you notice any issue with your delivery, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you quickly.

05. Order Cancellation

• • Cancellation requests are accepted only before the order is shipped.
• • If successfully cancelled, a full refund will be processed.

Please note, Unani Herb may cancel an order due to: Product unavailability, Pricing or technical errors, or Issues with provided details.

06. Refund Policy

• • Once we receive your returned item, it will be carefully inspected.
• • You’ll be notified about the approval status.
• • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• • It usually takes 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect.
